"A birthday gift for my son. He is thrilled and it is ridiculously good quality, however the order wasn't prepared within the two week time frame that I had on my email receipt, it took four weeks before it was prepared, once it was prepared the shipping to the UK was quick but all in all it took almost 6 weeks so was really delayed despite quite a few emails. I understand these things happen at busy periods but I was still getting promotional emails every day during this waiting period and none of them warned of a longer waiting time or delay. So plushy - amazing amazing amazing, but communication and shipping- could have been better."
